Turn off the TCL Roku TV . Unplug your Modem and Router from the power source. Wait for a minute then plug your modem and router back into the power source. Wait until the lights turn back on

The status light will be either: Solid white — if your TV is off or in standby mode. Off or blinking — if your TV is on.
If that doesn't work, the only thing left is to switch to Android TV. Smart tv. The power button on the tv worked once yesterday. Now it will only turn on or off by power cord. I plug it in and the logo appears. Then the second (normal) spinning logo, then the screen goes blank. I do not have cable, so have no clue about sound. We only use Netflix etc. The only physical button on tv is the tiny joystick like button.
